Trust through transparency

Our editorial standard

Regulated markets leave no room for shortcuts. We separate verifiable facts, practical experience and opinion—and clearly state where marketing context ends.

01

Practice over hype

We write from the perspective of a specialist marketing agency. Project-based observations are labelled as practical context, not presented as universally applicable law.

02

Primary sources first

For laws, regulatory practice and product classification, we prioritise legislation, authorities, EU institutions and original documents.

03

News and opinion separated

News first answers what happened, when and according to which source. Analysis, forecasts and opinions are identified as such.

04

No health claims

We do not publish unsupported medical claims, treatment recommendations or statements presenting a product as a substitute for professional medical advice.

05

Visible updates

Material updates receive a review or update date. We correct factual errors transparently and promptly.

06

Relevant interests disclosed

Paid partnerships, client relationships or supplied products are disclosed when they are relevant to the editorial assessment.

From topic to publication

A four-step review

  1. Search intent and audience: We define the precise question and who needs the answer.
  2. Source review: Time-sensitive facts are checked against current primary sources. Uncertainty is stated.
  3. Claims and risk review: Health, efficacy, legality and performance claims receive enhanced scrutiny or are removed.
  4. Updates: Dynamic regulatory topics are reviewed after material developments; the article date records that review.

An important boundary

Our content provides marketing and industry information, not legal, tax or medical advice. It is no substitute for case-specific legal review or professional medical advice.
