Terms and conditions for the 420BRANDS and artist merchandise shop

1. Supplier and scope

Your contracting party is 420BRANDS UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bornheimer Straße 127, 1st floor, 53119 Bonn, Germany, email: inhale@420brands.de. These terms apply to physical 420BRANDS and artist-merchandise orders.

2. Production, voluntary exchanges and statutory rights

Some artist products are produced only after an order is received or in small batches. We therefore do not offer a voluntary exchange for size, colour or change of mind in addition to statutory rights.

The statutory withdrawal right for consumers remains unaffected for non-personalised standard products. It is excluded only for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of a decisive individual choice or specification by the customer, or are clearly personalised. Any such exception is identified on the relevant product and in checkout before ordering.

3. Formation of contract

Product displays invite you to order. By selecting “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation by email.

4. Prices, shipping and payment

Displayed prices include statutory VAT. Shipping is shown separately before ordering. Payment is due by bank transfer within seven calendar days.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Germany only. The delivery period shown on the product and in checkout begins after receipt of payment. Items from different artists may arrive in separate parcels.

6. Retention of title and defects

Goods remain our property until fully paid. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods apply without restriction, including material, manufacturing, print, workmanship and delivery deviations. Neither the absence of a voluntary exchange nor a possible withdrawal exception limits these rights.

7. Delivery subscriptions

Products expressly marked as subscriptions are delivered repeatedly at the displayed interval. The price per delivery, delivery interval, minimum number of delivery cycles and cancellation notice period are shown before ordering and stored with the order confirmation. The first instalment is due with the order by advance bank transfer. Later instalments are not debited automatically; a separate payment request is sent before each delivery cycle.

You may cancel in particular through Cancel subscription. The contract end is determined by the agreed minimum delivery cycles and notice period and is confirmed separately.

8. Language and records

Contract languages are German and English. Order details and confirmation are sent by email; retain them for your records.
