Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.

To withdraw, clearly inform 420BRANDS UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bornheimer Straße 127, 1st floor, 53119 Bonn, Germany, inhale@420brands.de. You may use our online withdrawal form.

Effects

We refund payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of dispatch.

Return goods no later than fourteen days after withdrawal. You bear the direct return cost. You are liable for diminished value only when caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Exception for genuinely customised goods

The withdrawal right does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are produced on the basis of your decisive individual choice or specification, or are clearly personalised. Production only after an order is received or selection of a standard size does not automatically trigger this exception. Affected products are expressly identified before ordering.

Defects and incorrect deliveries

Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable to personalised items. Please report material, manufacturing, print or workmanship defects and deviations from the agreed specification to inhale@420brands.de.
